Convert an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx, .xls), OpenOffice/LibreOffice Calc (.ods) or .csv to a PDF that is easy to share, print and archive. Server-side LibreOffice keeps formulas, formatting, colours and page setup intact.
🔒 File is processed on our server and deleted right after conversion (max 10 min).
Supported: .xlsx, .xls, .ods, .csv. Up to 25 MB.
Conversion takes a few seconds. Larger workbooks with many sheets take a bit longer.
Ready for email, print or upload to a portal.
Yes. By default LibreOffice includes every non-empty sheet in order in a single PDF. Each sheet becomes one or more pages depending on size.
PDF is a static format so what you see are the calculated values, not the formulas themselves. Cell formats (percentages, currency, dates) and colours are preserved as displayed in Excel.
LibreOffice respects the page setup defined inside the Excel file. If you set "Fit to page" or landscape orientation in Excel before saving, it carries over to the PDF. Otherwise the table may break across multiple pages.
Yes, but .csv is plain text — no formatting, colours or formulas. The converted PDF will look basic. For a nicer result, open the .csv in Excel, format it, save as .xlsx and then convert.
